I’m Amy - Founder and Therapist at ‘all health’. I’m a passionate (and proudly competitive!) club runner and running coach, with a deep belief that wellness and recovery are essential to performance. But beyond the finish line and runner or not, I know that looking after your body through sports massage brings a host of benefits that help you live, move, and feel your best every day.

In addition to being a runner and running coach, I'm also a qualified personal trainer and nutrition advisor - allowing me to take a holistic approach to your wellness and recovery.
